The process of getting permanent makeup (PMU) is a multi-step journey that feels more like a detailed beauty treatment than a traditional tattoo session. It usually takes 1.5-3 hours depending on the area being treated. Using either a manual microblading tool or a machine, The artist places pigment into the skin’s upper layer. While not permanent, it lasts for years, with good care and maintenance it reduces the need for constant, costly purchases of pencils and cosmetics.

DOES IT HURT?

Most clients find the process very manageable. A topical numbing cream is applied before and throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable. While everyone’s sensitivity is different, the sensation is typically described as light pressure or minor discomfort rather than pain. Your comfort is always a priority, and I take care to ensure you feel at ease from start to finish.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Permanent makeup is designed to be long-lasting, but not truly permanent. Most results last anywhere from 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
